Solving Sudoku is a matter of pattern recognition. Email me and I can (try to) show you some of them.
Now click on the green box at the bottom of the stack on the left of the site, and come get addicted to Nurikabe too. Once you get the hang of it, you can do them online here.
This site also has a nice interface, and offers four puzzles a day.
