I am on holiday - have been for the past week. I have spent most of my days - all day - on my road bike. Pedal, pedal, pedal. Sweat, sweat, sweat. Nothing to do but pedal and sweat.
Oh, wait, I am hungry. Eat something. Now I am thirsty. Drink.
Nothing to do but pedal, sweat, eat when I am hungry and drink when I am thirsty.
I have another two weeks of this.

Bliss!

It sounds like you're working too hard on your holiday Dr. K. Needless to say I am exhuasted from mine.
Not working too hard at all, Adam. I am loving every second.
I need to quit my job and take up this full-time cycling thing again because these past two weeks have seen a *drastic* drop in my BP ... to the point where I have halved my vasotec (and quite suspect that I could eliminate it all together, but I want to see how my BP responds once I am back at work/not cycling so many hours of each day).
Med students = high BP for Dr. K.?
Hmmmm.
Ooo, is that you on your bike, or just a random shot?
